1. Subscription Plans and Usage Rights

1.1. Topaz/Gold Plans ( Images Only)

✔ Permitted Uses:

Unlimited personal and non-commercial projects (e.g., blogs, social media, church presentations, personal websites).

Editorial use in online articles, books, or magazines (digital or print).

Use in non-commercial videos, including YouTube and church-related content.

Use in personal printed materials (e.g., flyers, newsletters).

✘ Restricted Uses:

Cannot use for commercial products (e.g., reselling as prints, merchandise, or books).

Cannot redistribute or share images as stand-alone files.

Cannot use for AI training, NFTs, or sub-licensing.

Cannot download entire folders of images at once unless subscribed for a minimum of one year.

1.2. Sapphire Plan (Images + Videos)

✔ Includes all permitted uses from the Topaz Plan, plus:

Use of stock videos in church productions, personal projects, and non-commercial video content.

Incorporation in personal or ministry-related video ads and promotions (excluding paid ad campaigns).

Cannot use for commercial products (e.g., reselling as prints, merchandise, or books).

Cannot redistribute or share images as stand-alone files.

Cannot use for AI training, NFTs, or sub-licensing.

Cannot download entire folders of images at once unless subscribed for a minimum of one year.

✘ Same restrictions apply as in the Topaz Plan.

1.3. Emerald/Diamond Plans (Commercial License for Images + Videos)

✔ Permitted Uses:

All rights from previous plans.

Use in commercial products (books, merchandise, advertisements, paid promotions).

Unlimited commercial distribution (e.g., YouTube monetization, social media ads, business websites).

Use in client work (where the end product is not reselling the asset as a stock file).

Ability to download entire folders of images/videos.

✘ Restricted Uses:

Cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense assets in stand-alone bases, or in a way that competes with Revelation Stock.

Cannot use for AI model training, NFTs, or blockchain-based projects.

Cannot falsely claim copyright ownership of any asset.

2. General License Restrictions (Applies to All Plans)

No Standalone Distribution:
You may not share, resell, or distribute assets as standalone files.

No Trademark or Logo Use:
Assets cannot be used as official trademarks or logos.

No Harmful or Illegal Use:
You may not use the assets in explicit, defamatory, unlawful, or misleading ways.

Entire Folder Downloads Require a Yearly Subscription:
Downloading entire folders of images or video files at once is only permitted for users subscribed for at least one continuous year.
